The phone is amazing just as in every review on the internet. The package was very well protected no damage to any object inside at all. Shipment process was just dissappointing. I've ordered smaller and cheaper products on Ali, using the free shipment option, which is the one I picked for this, and I received a much better service from those. I was expecting to receive at least that treatment since this is a big buy, but my package was coming with an untrackable number I only received notification when the package arrived to the country and thats it. The seller should check on that and also put the DHL announce somewhere in the product description I didnt know of that after my package was sent. And also communication with seller was pretty awful they only answered a question once and then I made them more questions but they never answered. Definetely would buy another Realme phone but not from this store.

Super enchanted with the realme, I had to buy an adapter as it brings the European type contact but it's totally worth it. The shipment arrived in N.L. Mexico per month of purchase very well packed and fully sealed without additional charges at purchase cost. The battery charges in 1 hour with its original adapter and yields up to 3 days without problems. I installed several online games and I can say that at the moment it has caused me no problems, very efficient!. The phone is as they show, I bought it 11:11 on 11de nov/2020 04/12/2020 arrived Shipping was AliExpress standar shipping If your guide is LB SG once I arrived at Mexican customs, stop showing updates, I recommend an app called Mexico shipments and track emails so they can keep tracking, don't pay taxes. The seller doesn't answer or at least he didn't answer If compatible with Telcel and Movistar in MX It's my first purchase around here 🙂

Super Fluid In case you're interested, I don't recommend it to you to play fornite, look for a little more powerful realme. The screen has a good brightness and sharpness. The blue color is very nice and the construction is phenomenal, the dual camera affects at least most applications. The fingerprint reader is very fast and comfortable.
